Begins the championship of Cantabria by clubs 2016 in the category of veterans and in this first confrontation our girls with more experience of the club traveled to Santander to play against the girls of the RST La Magdalena A. The difficulty of the change of surface of the hard track to land beaten was a handicap for our who ended the shock with a partial 1-2 against, having lost Paqui San Juan and Paloma Gárate in individuals, but having achieved the "point of honor" in doubles Marta Ceballos and Paqui with a suffered 6-4 6-4.
Here we can see the 3 smiling and well-equipped (from the club we want to clarify that we are not sponsored by Babolat). It only remains to think of the next confrontation that will be against C.D.E. Tenis Los Corrales on 2/3 of April on the municipal tracks of C.D.E. La Cantábrica.
Players from left to right: Paloma, Marta, Paqui
