On Saturday 19 June a great meeting of soci@s was held around a quiet and sunny day in which a great paellada, shrimp and rich homemade desserts could be tasted.
Around 14:15 they began to appear first@s soci@s at the venue of the event and they were making copies of the snacks and drinks that were already prepared at the tables while they were waiting for more resagad@s. Once tod@s in the venue began the invitation beginning with a large paellada of sixty rations and of which there were no more than two, followed by a few ribs (although the paella and snacks made honey and the stomachs of those present were already filling) and finally arrived the homemade desserts, an apple cake and a cream-filled biscuit and covered with chocolate and fruit.
Once the meal was finished and after a prudent time of digestion in which the younger people took advantage of playing football, badminton, etc. began the delivery of trophies from the different internal leagues that the C.D.E. La Cantábrica has been organizing throughout the year:
The first to receive his deserved trophy were the winners of the internal league of young promises 2016, Gonzalo Vega as sub-champion and Ángel Manchón as champion:
And as tod@s young people worked hard, what better way to reward it than giving a prize to tod@s who went there, so Maria Herrera and Sofia Presmanes also took a gift:
Following the award was given to the champions of the internal double mixed league Guillermo de la Gala and Paloma Gárate, and do not be fooled by the following image, Guillermo de la Gala did not get two trophies but collected his trophy and also his teammate, absent in the event:
And then the winners of the last domestic league, Jose Antonio Sánchez as second, and Fernando Franco as champion:
It seems that Fernando got hungry and can’t avoid giving him a snack to the trophy.
Finally, a draw was made between the children present there in order that they could also bring a gift.
